About Me
Born in Montreal; I grew up between the USA and Canada, specifically New England and Ottawa. I have been working full-time in the Film Industry since 2011, and I began working in theatre in 2003.
Growing up my passion for creating began at a young age, I spent hours building models and toys on weekends and after school. I’ve always had a passion for media, and even at a young age I was building costumes and props that I had seen on the silver screen. From the age 15 onward I began working professionally in theatre in Ottawa. I studied in Japan, and received my Masters degree from Carleton University in 2010. While completing my education I worked professionally in theatre in Ottawa, at the National Arts Center, GCTC, Ottawa Little Theatre, and various arts collectives. I’ve transitioned to film at age 21, and worked my way up in commercials, music videos and non union productions. I was accepted into the union in 2013, and I am an IATSE 873 Member. I now work exclusively as a props master.
Today, I am based in Toronto, and truly love my job. I feel that the years of experience in building and creating have given me a unique perspective in my field. I truly started from the bottom and worked to get where I am today, and I have loved every minute of it. I have worked in multiple cities in Canada, and the EU.
When I’m not on a show I fill my time traveling, scuba diving, and exploring the world. Eventually I hope to visit every continent, I’m currently at 4/7. I travel as much as I can because I always return from an adventure with new ideas and perspective. I am currently living and working in Toronto, and focusing on building my career to work internationally.
